Donna Morris Duvall
OWNER
Donna graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Political Science and then went on to graduate from American University Washington College of Law. She practiced real estate law in Maryland before joining the family business in 2001. Donna runs the administrative side of the company, as well as assists homeowners with their selections.
Stephen Morris, Sr.
OWNER & GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Steve graduated from the University of Virginia with an Economics degree and joined the family business in 1976. As a second-generation builder, he oversees a project throughout its timeline and provides the necessary services for the design and construction process. Steve has over forty years of experience in commercial, residential, and development construction.
